A new Blog Playground to celebrate a new chapter. 

2024 marks 10 years in business for Evolve. Bloody hell! By the numbers: 454 rewarding client projects. 3 sweaty studio moves. 23 thinky makey employees. 47 curious interns. 2 years as a certified B-Corp. 1 shared vision as we look ahead to the next 10—to evolve with intention. What better way to bring it all together, then to launch a cheeky Blog Playground to journal our next chapter. 

It’s hard to believe how quickly a decade can pass. How much ground you can cover. What impact you can make. And who you meet along the way. Evolve began as the proverbial napkin sketch. A dream of starting a studio—building it the way we wanted to from scratch. The best part? Evolve quickly outgrew any one of us. It became an agency. A group of people doing great stuff together. It provided us the platform to do what we love to do and to choose who we do it with.

Over the course of our decade-long journey we’ve been lucky enough to work on a broad range of wickedly challenging projects (The Future of Healthcare) and some that were a bit more frivolous (Jello Shot Machines). From multi-year strategic projects to tactical one-week design sprints, we’ve loved every minute. Helping brands connect better with their customers. Innovating experiences for athletes, members, and everyday people. Above all, creating an inclusive, collaborative environment for all.

As we look ahead to the next 10 years, we remain committed to the core values and community that got us here. In doing so, turning our process on ourselves—we begin to shift our brand narrative. Reflecting on the past, grounding ourselves in the present, and deepening our desire to move the brand forward… to evolve with intention. This is an exciting moment for us.
